Terms of Sales

Article 1: The order

It is imperative to be of legal age and capable of placing an order on the IRON Paris site.

You place an order directly on our online sales site from the catalog which appears there, for any product, within the limit of available stocks. In case of unavailability, you will be informed of the product or ordered. For the order to be validated, you must accept, by clicking where indicated, these general conditions. You will also have to choose the address and the delivery method and finally validate the payment method.

The sale will be considered final:

• After sending confirmation of acceptance of the order by the seller by e-mail
• And after receipt by the seller of the full price

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. In certain cases, including non-payment, incorrect address or other problem on the buyer's account, the seller reserves the right to block the buyer's order until the problem is resolved.

Article 2: Price

The prices of the products are displayed in euros including all taxes and excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are invoiced per product ordered and are mentioned in the basket before validation of the order.

Article 3: Payment terms

The payment of an order is made only by cash payment when ordering and by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or Paypal. In the event of refusal to authorize payment by credit card, we reserve the right to suspend any order management and any delivery. Similarly, if the buyer has not fully paid for his order, we have the right to refuse to honor an order or a delivery.

Article 4: Right to retract

We invite you to contact us by email 14 days from the date of notification of delivery by the carrier. The product(s) must be returned in complete, new condition and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You must return the products before the 14-day period ends. Within a period not exceeding 14 days following your notification of your withdrawal from the contract, we will assign you a credit note corresponding to the price of the order.
